Kid Beyond teaches meditation, mindfulness, and heartfulness in the vipassana lineage of Buddhism.

He was trained and authorized by Spirit Rock Meditation Center, home of Jack Kornfield — where he works with adults, teens, and kids.

He has taught mindfulness in the US Congress, at the invitation of Rep. Tim Ryan. He led the meditation and yoga program at the SF County Jail, and a weekly meditation community in SF called Heart Camp.

He is a Fitbit Mindfulness Advisor — helping guide the company on their next generation of devices and services, and crafting guided meditations and other mindfulness content for Fitbit users.
