Senior teacher Sally Armstrong is leading this daylong workshop. Sally is a wonderful teacher — warm, wise, intelligent, engaging, with a deep practice and a deep love of service.

I'll be assisting — holding 1-on-1 meetings with attendees all day. If you want some guidance on your practice or your path, or if you're new to meditation or mindfulness ... come join!
